A chosen Client Coordinator is responsible for contact with the client, whose task is to get to know the specifics of the client’s company and line of business, maintaining regular contact in order to obtain up-to-date information of his expectations, coordination of orders of a given client, mediating in the client’s contact with other members of the team at TÅ‚umaczenia24.pl®.
We always document the process of a realised translation project, and after it is completed we evaluate it. In the case of translations performed for a given client, the Client Coordinator organises the activities of the team consisting of a translator, proofreader, and if needed, a language consultant – a specialist perfectly knowing the language from which a translation is performed. Every translation is checked in terms of terminology and stylistic cohesion.
We are also aware, that information contained in texts passed on for translation should be confidential. In passing on materials for translation, the client can be sure that their confidentiality shall be kept. We sign agreements for keeping confidentiality at the request of the client.
